In a unexpected partnership that challenges usual expectations, Ubisoft has revealed an in-game collaboration between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the renowned anime series Attack on Titan. The surprising Thanksgiving event runs from November 25 through December 22, including complimentary bonus story content for Shadows players.

Peculiar Adventure Uncovered

According to the authorized statement, "A strange meeting pulls heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh mission, where hints of forbidden practices and terrifying changes echo through the obscurity." The plot introduces a "strangely garbed woman named Ada" who tasks the pair with venturing into the Crystal Cave—a key location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her friend from a secret group.

The mission centers on "bizarre trials and a terrifying adversary" and is accessible to all players who have unlocked the Yasuke character.

Familiar Places and Transformations

The preview highlights the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was formerly where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The teaser ends with a striking scene showing a character, probably the captive, transforming into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.

Exclusive Items and Extra Material

Players who successfully complete the adventure will acquire an exclusive katana in addition to numerous artifacts hidden throughout the area in concealed chests. The update also contains premium Attack on Titan item packs, offering:
